New Bill: Establish Commission to Define screening criteria of deaths for autopsy of possible AEs related to Covid-19 vaccines and to define autopsy protocols based on those criteria
Obtaining the most accurate scientific evidence of Covid-19 vaccine (psi-mRNA) related deaths and their root causes
Whereas: Multiple scientific studies over the Covid-19 era have shown a causal relationship between Covid-19 vaccines psi-mRNA countermeasure shots and sudden death of healthy young people, turbo cancers, cardiovasular disease, etc
Whereas: What autopsy studies that have been done have shown a direct or likely causal relationship between the death and the psi-mRNA countermeasure shots.
Whereas: Autopsy studies will provide the best evidence of both relationships between various ICD codes and doctor notes, associated psi-mRNA countermeasure shot history, and cause, primary or secondary, of death.
Whereas: Such studies will provide guidance for treatment as well as future advice on the effectiveness and safety of the psi-mRNA technology.
Therefore
Be It Resolved That: An independent commission be established that will have rotating membership to be defined by the appropriate Senate and House joint special committee. Membership should include County Coroners, Medical Examiners, and other Covid-19 AE experts from around the world who are not dependent on a government or a pharmaceutical company for funding.
Be It Further Resolved That. This commission should establish the patterns and algorithms, potentially based on AI technology, for identifying causal symptoms of recently decessed people as candidates for an autopsy procedure to determine the if the psi-mRNA countermeasure shots were a primary or contributory cause of death.
Be It Further Resolved That. This commission will determine the autopsy protocols for the ICD and physician notes patterns that suggest a causal relationship
Be It Further Resolved That: All results will be made immediately public in a standardized electronic format for independent analyses without restriction.
Be It Further Resolved That: This commission will be permanent and will investigate other diseases and conditions as it sees fit and necessary.
Be It Further Resolved That: Funding will be provided only from the State of South Carolina for this effort. (No grants, etc) A semi-annual report will be provided to the health committees of both the Senate and House.
Be It Further Resolved That: The screening procedures and autopsy protocols should be implemented by all County Coroners as soon as possible. It is recommended that the committee establish “low hanging fruit” criteria and protocols within 30 days of their first meeting. Suggested: Sudden death health young people, Turbo Cancers.
